Sizes depend how you like to wear a tee but a rough guide would be XS- 8, S-10, M- 12, L-14, XL - 16, XXL - 8.
As a size 14 myself I like to wear a medium if I am going for a fitted look tucked into jeans or a large if I want to wear it loose. Feel free to get in touch for any more help regarding sizing.
